Mr. Mark L. Martin was appointed General Counsel for the Arkansas AFL-CIO in 1996. He has served as a Member of the Arkansas Governor’s Employment Security Advisory Council since 1997. Appointed, by Governor Bill Clinton, he served on the Arkansas Economic Advisory Committee from 1979-1981.
